The Constitution of the Student Body
The Constitution establishes and outlines the various student organizations that are created to advocate for the needs of the Student Body, including the Student Activity Fees Commission, the Student Government Association, the Campus Activities Board, the Student Media Board, the Graduate and Professional Student Government, and the Resident Student Association. This document also outlines the impeachment procedures for SGA officers, as well as the ability to engage in recall, initiative, review, and proposal and ratification of constitutional amendments.

Chapter 1. By-Laws of the Student Government Association
Chapter 1 defines the functional procedures for SGA as a whole. This includes the qualifications necessary to run for office, the process of electing the Student Body Treasurer and Student Body Webmaster, the Student Government Code of Ethics, requirements surrounding publication of SGA documents, and more.

Chapter 2. By-Laws of the Executive Branch
Chapter 2 defines the roles and responsibilities of Executive leadership, including the President, Vice President, Class Presidents, and Executive Cabinet. It also outlines the various methods by which meetings can be called and provides detail on the organization of the Class Councils, the Dining Services Committee, the Student Advisory Standing Committee, and more.

Chapter 3. By-Laws of the Student Senate
Chapter 3 defines the roles and responsibilities of Legislative Leadership, including the Speaker of the Senate, the Speaker Pro Tempore, Parliamentarian, Committee Chairs, Legislative Clerk, and Sergeant-At-Arms. This document also outlines the standing rules for committee meetings and general assembly meetings, as well as defines the standing committees and their roles. Additionally, Chapter 3 describes the various types of legislation, and how legislation moves through the process of adoption.

Chapter 4. By-Laws of the Judicial Branch
Chapter 4 defines the roles and responsibilities of Judicial leadership, including the Chief Justice, Lieutenant Chief Justice, and the Student Justices. It creates a set of standing rules for the branch, as well as outlines the specific details and processes of judicial hearings.
